Delivery and Terms


We accept payment through paypal.  Simply click on the paypal button for the products you wish to buy and then click on the checkout icon.  You will then be asked for your payment details and where we should send your goods.  You will also be asked for an email address to which your receipt will be sent.


We aim to dispatch your order the next working day and it should be with you in 2-5 business days.  Should there be a delay, we will contact you.


Delivery to most UK postcodes is included in the price of your goods.  There are some exceptions and these are listed below:

Scottish Highlands:

AB 31-38, AB 40-56
IV 1-28, 30-32, 36 and 40, 52-54, 63
KW 1-14
PA 21-38
PH 4-41, 49, 50
The delivery charge will be £15 for the first package up 30kg, and an additional £10 for each subsequent package.

Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Ireland:

IV 41-49, 51, 55, 56
KA 27, 28
KW 15-17
PA 20, 41-49, 60-78
PH 42-44
Isle of Man (IM)

Channel Islands

There is a charge of £20 for each package of up to 30kg.

Delivery is completed via a national UK courier company.  If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery then please leave a note for your driver.  This should state which secure place you want your goods to be left and include your signature and date.


We accept returns if an item is damaged or faulty.  If the item has been damaged in transit then this must be noted when you accept delivery from the driver. Once you have taken delivery please call us at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may have occurred because you requested the courier to leave the goods in an unsuitable area.  

Should your goods fail to arrive then please call us after 6 working days to arrange a replacement to be sent.

Under distance selling regulations you have the right change your mind within 14 days of purchase.  You may return your food unopened and in resaleable condition for a full refund within this period.  You must pay for the safe return of your goods.  Should you wish to return your purchase then you must contact us first via email,


Once you have purchased from Simon's Pet Food we keep the following information on our database - name & contact details of purchaser, what was purchased and when.  We do not share this information with any other business apart from our suppliers - GA Petfoodpartners and our couriers - DPD.  We will never send you any unsolicited emails or post.

You can ask what information we hold about you by emailing  Once we have confirmed the information we hold, you can request that personal details are deleted from our database.

All personal information is held on our cloud servers in password protected files.
